O-bit have been working hard to reinstate ex-Biscit services including hosting and email. The process has involved moving all servers and services that had been previously switched off into the O-bit infrastructure. This process is now complete and most web sites are back up and running. Important notes about domain names

If you wish to transfer your domain name to another domain registrar, please follow the instructions supplied by your NEW domain registrar for transferring your domain into the new domain registrar's control then prepare a letter containing the following information and fax it to us on 0870 787 0224:

  1. If the domain is owned by a business use your company letterhead
  2. If the domain is privately owned, include your full home address
  3. Confirm the domain name you wish to transfer
  4. Confirm any information supplied by the NEW domain registrar
  5. Confirm that you have full legal authority to transfer the domain name
  6. Sign and date the letter
  7. Fax confirmation of transfer to: 0870 787 0224
