Tony Caplin
Non-executive Chairman
Tony Caplin is a director of numerous public and private organisations and has over 20 years of boardroom experience with technology companies. His current board positions include non-executive chairman of Ant Software plc, and senior non-executive director of Alternative Network Limited and Northamber plc. He is also chairman of Ealing Hospital NHS Trust.
Hugh Paterson
Chief Executive Officer
Paterson has been a business and communications adviser to blue-chip technology companies and Internet start-ups for over ten years. His career also includes leadership positions in international trade and with a 33- subsidiary listed group. Paterson joined Biscit's board earlier this year as a non-executive director with responsibility for marketing.

Nathan Relevy has over 15 years of IT commercial and management experience with ISPs and IT Consultancies. Nathan is known across the industry for his innovative and energetic approach to business and technology, and ability to develop business advantage in competitive markets.
Bill Homan-Russell
Financial Director and Company Secretary
Bill Homan-Russell has over 20 years experience as a company secretary, including companies with full listings on the London Stock Exchange. Prior to joining Biscit, he was Group Company Secretary at AIM-listed software vendor Hamsard.
