Biscit Ends Minimum Contract Terms for V21
New Residential Broadband Customers

London, October 16, 2006 - Telco and superfast broadband provider Biscit today announces that it is ceasing minimum contract terms on all residential broadband packages and bundles of V21.co.uk Limited. The changes to V21's standard trading conditions take effect immediately and apply to new residential orders.
