Broadband Wars - High Court Rules for Biscit against NetServices
London, 13th December 2006 - Communications service provider (CSP) Biscit today announces on behalf of its Biscit CSP/V21 business unit that the High Court of Justice issued an injunction against NetServices plc on 12th December 2006 calling upon NetServices to consent to the immediate transfer of the authentication realms "V21.co.uk", "speeddsl.com", "flexisurf" and "ispnet" to Biscit or to any person nominated by Biscit.
