V21 Customers - frequently asked questions

Welcome to Biscit, one of Britan's most dynamic providers of voice and broadband services. As you know, we recently acquired V21 and we are striving to migrate your V21 service to Biscit’s advanced qand highly secure networks as seamlessly as possible. The folowing questions/answers will hopefully answer most of your queries. If not, please do not hesitate to call us on 0870 383 0030.

Will I lose my service?
Absolutely not. Your service will be maintained.

Is my contract still valid?
You can continue using your service, and pay the same price, although you can upgrade to the Biscit's packages should you wish. You can download our broadband and voice and broadband here.

Do I need to change my settings?
No, these remain the same.

Who do I contact to speak about moving to a Biscit package?
You can contact Biscit directly on 0870 383 0030, and select option 2.

What about my emails?
Your email address remains the same.

I am a reseller of V21, will I see any changes?
Biscit will be contacting resellers to welcome them, and re-engage with them. You can contact us directly either by email to resellers@biscit.net, or by phone on 0870 383 0030, option 6.

Who do I contact for technical support?
At present you can continue to contact the same number as you have until now, although we will advise you once this is changed, as we look to improve this service.

Will I get billed as normal?
Yes, this will continue as usual, so there is no need to change.
